Recipes from Julie: Healthy Waldorf Salad

![]() Waldorf Salad 2 ½ cups chopped apple - Fuji and Gala are especially good 1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese chunks 1 cup red grapes 1 cup diced celery ½ cup walnut pieces ½ cup raisins 1/3 cup canola mayo 1 T. fresh lemon juice
Toss all ingredients in a large bowl, making sure it's well coated. Served chilled - great for lunches too!
